Northern Steel is continuously growing and is accepting applications for experienced and motivated trades career minded ladies and gentlemen for opportunities in: welders, industrial painters and fabricators.
Wages are based on ability, skills and experience with advancement driven by motivation and work ethic. Northern Steel offers a profit based incentive plan, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, protective clothing allowance, evening shift premium, company matching Pension Plan and supporting training and apprenticeship programs. Northern Steel also offers training programs for inexperienced men and ladies with a serious desire and willingness to learn one of our trades.
